The hotel rooms were nice and big, smelling fresh and clean, showing effort to ensure guests' comfort. While the overall experience was pleasant, the rooms appear to need some maintenance due to their age. The service stood out with exceptional staff like Jessica who made our stay wonderful even though the room quality was lacking in standard. The location was quiet with nearby amenities but somewhat hidden among highways and industrial sites, providing a mixed experience. The dining options were good yet slightly limited. The hotel facilities met basic needs, though some areas require improvements.

My stay at MainStay Suites was pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and spacious, though they seemed a bit tired. The service was top-notch, especially with the accommodating staff resolving bedding issues promptly. The location was private and quiet, offering access to nearby amenities. The dining experience was average, with some room for improvement in the breakfast options. However, the price was reasonable for the value provided.
